Established in 1895 in Paris, Le Cordon Bleu is the world's leading hospitality, gastronomy and culinary arts institute. The school is named after famous French Knights who were known for their 'Blue Ribbon' cuisines that led the word Le Cordon Bleu to become synonymous with good food.
