Established in 1865 in the city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Lehigh University was established as a four year technical university for young adults who wanted to gain a technical degree. The school has since then adapted and now offers degrees in a large number of subjects. The main campus of the school is based on 1,600 acres and enrolls more than 8,000 students every year. The faculty consists of more than 650 highly qualified professors and teachers. Lehigh University focuses on providing specialized education to people in the most personal environment which is why the average number of students in a single class is 27.
