Founded in 1957, Dutchess Community College (DCC) is located near the city of New York and spread across an area of 130 acres. Being one of the 30 colleges within the State University of New York system, the college enrolls more than eight thousand students every year. One third of the high school graduates from the region attend DCC for college education. Having 35,000 alumni, the college stands with an excellent quality of education. 90% of the graduates from DCC get a job right away or move on to a 4-year degree.
