Mid South Community College

Located in West Memphis, Mid South Community College, serves the local population of East Arkansas. The college is also commonly referred to as MSCC. The two year community college is a recent addition to the public institutes of the State of Arkansas as it was built only in 1973.  The strength of the students in this regard is also much less than some of the other colleges. As of present, there are a total of two thousand students enrolled in several degree and certificate programs of the college. The main campus of the college is situated on West Broadway.
The college offers a limited number of subjects like General Office Occupations and Clerical Services, Office and Administration, Emergency Medical Technology, Nurse training, EMT Paramedic, Nursing Assistant, Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology, Aid and Patient Care Assistant, Media, Mechanics and Repair, Liberal Arts and Sciences, Computer Installation and Repair Technology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Family and Social Work, Child Development, Child Care Provider, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technician, Teacher Education, Education and Teaching, Multimedia Management and Webmaster, Computer and Information Sciences, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, Computer Science and Engineering, Management Information Systems and Services.

Anyone who is interested in taking up any course offered at MSCC, you need to at least have a high school degree. GED scores work just as well. Interested students are also required to submit their immunization record as well as the above mentioned credentials.
